Darjeeling became a hill station of prominence during the days of the British and still ahs numerous buildings and Hotels from the pre independence era. This safari begins and finishes at Darjeeling, visiting the Himalayan kingdom of Sikkim in between. The views of the Eastern Himalayas on this route are incomparable.

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi - Kolkatta / Bagdogra / Darjeeling

Upon arrival meeting at the international airport and transfer to domestic airport to connect flight to Bagdogra. Upon arrival Bagdogra transfer to hotel.

Remaining of the day free. Overnight at hotel.

Day for tour of Darjeeling hills and city. Ovenight at hotel.

Day 02 : Darjeeling / Pemyangste

Leave after breakfast and drive to Pemyangste, 125 Kms. Takes roughly 5 hours. Upon arrival in Pemyangste check in at hotel. Afternoon - visit to the Pemyangste Monastery. Overnight at hotel

Day 03 : In Pemyangste

Day for tour around the Pemyangste city. Ovenright at hotel

Day 04 : Pemyangtse / Gangtok

Leave after breakfast & drive to Gangtok via Tashiding, approx 155 Kms takes 7 hours.

On arrival check in at hotel.

Reminder of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel

Day 05 : Gangtok / Phodang / Gangtok

Morning, after breakfast take excursion to Phodang.

Afternoon city tour. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 : Gangtok / Rumtek

Leave after breakfast & drive to Rumtek.

On arrival check in at hotel.

Afternoon take a walk upto another smaller Monastery, some distance from the main monastery. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 : Rumtek / Kalimpong

Leave after breakfast & drive to Kalimpong, upon arrival check in at hotel.

Day 08 : Kalimpong / Bagdogra / Delhi

Morning drive to airport in Bagdogra to take flight to Delhi. Meet upon arrival and Transfer to hotel

Day 09 : Delhi

Day for the tour of Old and New Delhi. Overnight at hotel

Day 10 : Departure

Transfer to international airport for flight to onward destinations.
