Kumari Amman Temple
The temple is associated with the Goddess Parvathi as Devi Kanya- the Virgin Goddess. There is a famous legend according to which Devi did penance to secure Lord Shiva's hand in marriage but ultimately when she could not marry him, vowed to remain a virgin all her life. The diamond nose ring of the diety is ver famous.

Vivekananda Memorial
The Vivekananda Memorial has been built on the Vivekananda Rock, and is dedicated to Swami Vivekananda. It was built in 1970 and is about 500 meters away from mainland. This memorial is a blend of all the styles of the Indian architecture It can be reached by ferry boat and ship.

Gandhi Mandapam
This memorial is erected on the place where the the ashes of Mahatma Gandhi was kept for public view before being immersed it into the sea. This memorial is known for the Oriya based architecture and is designed in such a way that sun's rays fall on the place of urn on 2nd October ie on Gandhiji birthday.

Suchindram Temple
This magnificient Temple was built in the seventeenth century housing a linga representing trinity ie. Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva renowned as Sthanumalaya Swami. Splendid sculptures of Ramayana and Mahabharata can be seen on the temple. In the Alangara Mandapa, of this temple musical pillars are carved out of a single granite block, giving the sounds of a different instrument: mridanga, sitar, tambura, and jalataranga which generates curiosity among the vistiors. The huge divine Nandi bull carved on white stone and Lord Hanuman's 18ft statue are the attraction of the temple.
